1. Flutter Techlead of ToPWR

   Nov 2023 - Present · 2 yrs 8 mos

   Code reviewing, onboarding new members, planning & managing the project's architecture, guiding teammates - and a lot of hands-on coding ❤️. I own tasks, PRs and code quality (e.g. built a custom linter-config package). The team ranged from 3 to 8 people (but total unique set of developers was easily >20. big turnover here). ToPWR is in production with ~5.8k downloads and still shipping; it won the title of a "strategic project" at our university with growing recognition at Wrocław Tech.

2. Head of Mobile

   Dec 2023 - Jul 2025 · 1 yr 8 mos

   I resurrected the mobile department from the dead - recruiting and training developers, raising 2 techleads and opening 3 projects. Published pub.dev packages (solvro_config, solvro_translator), wrote Flutter articles, gave talks internally and externally, organised a Fluttercon trip, and led a beginners' Dart course and co-organised "From zero to Flutter developer" summer-break course as part of Solvro's Summer Challenge.

3. Vice Chairman of the VII Board

   On the VII Board we grew the club from 30 to 100+ members, shipped 5 products to production (ToPWR, Planer, PromoCHATor, the Juwenalia site, Eventownik), facilitated partnerships with bussiness sector and university authorities. We secured the "Strategic Science Club" title at Wrocław Tech for 2025 with a ~65k PLN budget. No IT club had achieved this title before us (nor any other non-hardware science club).

Many projects involved coding native mobile (Android & iOS) features (e.g. native turn-by-turn navigation) - and bridging them into Flutter apps, with various state-management approaches, REST/GraphQL APIs and Firebase. Great practice turning non-technical client needs into shipped software.

I released my first fully self-created open-source package - django-mapbox-location-field - at 16. It has ~70 GitHub stars and ~1.6k downloads/month on PyPI. I've also published Flutter/Dart packages on pub.dev (solvro_config, solvro_translator) and shipping ToPWR open source mobile app.

I started programming at 13 and never stopped - from my first Python console scripts, games and django apps to Flutter apps, web products and AI systems today.
